Well, I’m quite fortunate to have a “stand-by-me” colleague! Her name is Gabi Ortiz.

This 20-something girl/woman is smart as a whip, as we used to say. Now I say: She knows everything, and anything she doesn’t, she can find or figure out in a matter of minutes.
What more could any executive want? It verifies what I’ve always promoted in business: Let’s each of us do what we do best, and then let’s form a team to make everything happen seamlessly.
Gabi, no doubt, will succeed as she wants to. I’ll try to make it happen for her, although I’m not sure our particular industry is her first choice. She’s drawn to the medical field. Of course, if she continues to kinda look after me in every way, as she inherently does, it could be said that she’s already sort of in the medical field!
Here’s her picture! She’s cute, too, and I’m tellin’ ya, even though it’s not the woke thing to say, that helps. I believe it!
